Seaweed anyone?!

They love these things!  Nori/Laver!  Tonight they were so excited they could have it for dinner.  This is how they eat it -- Ethan is an expert now (because he watches his older brother who LOVES, LOVES this stuff with rice!):

Step 3: The best part!  He was so quick to put it in his mouth that I could not get a decent photo of the rice rolled up in the nori.

Morgan is always very neat when she eats...  Matthew and Ethan always end up with rice all over their clothes at the  end of this meal!  Tonight, however, since we had a late dinner, I begged them to stay clean since they are in their pajamas! End result?  Not too bad... sticky rice was mostly on the napkins!  :)

If you haven't tried it and want something new to add to your list of new foods to try... give Nori a try!  There are so many ways to eat it too!  Matthew's favorite is this!  I know!  Might be our friends Rich and Jo Ann's influence, as they were the ones who introduced us to them when we visited them on our honeymoon in 2000.
