Ed came home with a huge bag full of some good stuff!
Now, is that a sight or what?! It tasted even better! Trust me on that one -- especially if you are allergic to seafood. You just might need to ignore my post for today! (I'm sorry.) I will have to admit though that the crayfish/crawfish, although tasty... were a bit of a small reward. There was a lot of sucking going on... all the flavor was in that delicious red sauce! Again, trust me on this one... we soaked up everything in that sauce!
It was a fun evening... and pictures were forgotten once the meal started. And just for your info... the children had cheese and pepperoni pizzas for their dinner! I think James might have just skipped dinner... but he did not pass up dessert! We had root-beer floats and ice cream sundaes (well, the basics of chocolate, sprinkles, and whipped cream topping!). Ed and Uyen - thank you! What a wonderful meal this was...
